Steam Rooms
A Steam Room is a high humidity room filled with steam from boiling water and regulated at around 45°c. They provide a wide range of health benefits such as relieving congestion, sports recovery and the health of your skin.
Saunas
Saunas are constructed from specific types of wood, generally aspen and cedar, they are heavily insulated and heated by a sauna stove containing heating elements and traditionally rocks to absorb the heat and dissipate it throughout the room. Generally they are kept between 70°c-90°c.
Parts, Essence, maintenance and breakdowns
We will carry out all repairs and preventative maintenance on Steam Rooms and Saunas and can also just supply parts and essence supplies.
